Things you just do not tweet (featuring @DunfermlineSNP)

James Reekie, Chair of Conservative Future Scotland, ran against the SNP’s Bill Walker in the 2011 Scottish Parliamentary election.

Since then Mr Walker has been accused of and charged with domestic abuse, leading to Mr Walker’s expulsion from the SNP and repeated calls for his resignation – as seen in this screenshot from Twitter.

The Dunfermline SNP account has since deleted the tweet, along with their correspondence with Mr Reekie.

Why? Because you simply do not tweet put-downs about (alleged – something Dunfermline SNP emphasise) wife beaters. You just don’t do it.
